SEOUL, Korea, Nov 08, 2022— FedEx Express (FedEx), asubsidiary of FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) and one of the world’slargest express transportation companies, is bolstering support forcross-border trade and e-commerce growth in Korea with the launchof its new FedEx Incheon Gateway located at Incheon InternationalAirport, South Korea. The new facility offers enhanced capabilitiesthat will benefit local businesses looking to access internationalmarkets and support the growing demand for e-commerce andcold-chain shipments.Connectingmore businesses to global markets

The newIncheon Gateway spans 23,395 square meters, more than double thesize of the previous facility, and is e with 78 conveyorbelts and an advanced automated sortation system that can sort upto 12,000 packages per hour, doubling the previous sortingcapacity. It also includes a 15,207-s warehouse that cansafely store up to 40,000 packages. With 31 weekly flights, the newfacility connects Korea to over 220 countries and territoriesthrough the FedEx global network. The new Gateway supportsimporters and exporters including small- and medium-enterprises(SMEs) and heavy-weight shippers with greater and more reliableaccess to and from international markets.
